| I hate that this is not surprising..... |
| A woman with a partner and children does on average 4hrs per week more housework than a sole mother with children. |

I hate to agree but it is true. I think 4 hrs still underestimated.

You just about got it right, although you may be a little low with the 4 hrs.
However, it depends upon the couple, how long they have been married, and if the kids are still at home.
It helps too, if the partner realizes that everyone must chip in and do what needs to be done. Discussing and establishing a division of labor is a way to cope.
Just some random thoughts.
Serve well, care about those you serve and share the love in your heart.
