| On a roll............ |
A chinese company is selling 18,251 concrete paving slabs from Tiananmen Square in Beijing for 1999 yuan ($330) each.
They cite the cultural significance of the blocks which were removed in 1999 supposedly to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the communist regime.
In real terms it was to prevent any memorial or celebration of the infamous tanks on student demonstration. |
