Why the education department concerns me |
I have discussed previously my issues with the new reporting system for students, however it now appears that an additional component of the federal govt requirements is for parents to be surveyed regarding their particular school. Hence 'you have been randomly chosen' to participate, followed by the following statement:
You have been issued with a unique username.... this will ensure that your response is anonymous.
What the? It was sent to me, with a unique username (which means it is linked to me in a database otherwise how can they be sure that its 'unique') so that anonymity is assured.
I give up. |

wtf indeed. We are not supposed to be smart enough to figure that out.
This goes along with phrases like;
"Trust me!"
"I'll respect you in the morning."
"It was owned by a little old lady from Pasadena and never driven over 30 mph." (Pasadena is a very lovely city just North of Los Angeles. I believe the Beach Boys had a song with that theme- the little old lady from Pasadena.)
